My home was on the market in a high sellable area of Grand Rapids for 35 days and only had 7 people visit the home. Once the previous realtor was out of the picture, I hired Villegas Realtors to list and sell my home. I experienced the work of Vince and Nicole and had over 1000 hits on the home in 5 days. We sold in 5 days. Nicole worked very hard to keep me informed on all activities and took care of all aspects of selling, inspections, and closings. They know how to deliver.
